5. Educational Qualification:

   • M. Pharma or M.Sc. (Chemistry) from a University established by law in India.
   • Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a University established by law in India.
   • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

6. Provisions Regarding Educational Qualification:

   • A candidate appearing in the final year of the required educational qualification for the post can also apply.
   • They must provide proof of obtaining the educational qualification before the interview conducted by the Commission.
   • "Before the interview" means the date of commencement of the interview process.

7. Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level L-14

   • Fixed monthly pay (fixed pay) will be payable during the probation period as per the rules of the State Government.

8. Age Limit:

   • Minimum 20 years and not more than 45 years (as on January 1, 2022).

9. Age Relaxation:

   • Provisions for relaxation in the upper age limit exist for candidates of various categories:

10. Examination Fee:

    • For General Category applicants: ₹350
    • For applicants of Other Backward Class/Most Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of Rajasthan: ₹250
    • For Persons with Disabilities, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe of Rajasthan and applicants whose family income is less than 2.50 lakhs: ₹150
    • For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe of TSP area and Sahariya Primitive Tribe of all tehsils of Baran district: ₹150

11. Application Process:

    • Before filling the online application form, study the detailed advertisement and related service rules available on the Commission's website.
    • Apply by clicking on the "Apply online" link available on the Commission's online portal or by logging in through the SSO portal.
    • Application can also be done by doing Aadhaar based One Time Registration (OTR) on the Recruitment Portal.
    • Pay the examination fee through the payment facility available on the Recruitment Portal.
    • Ensure to deposit the examination fee before the last date of application.
    • It is necessary to obtain the Application ID.

12. Application Modification:

    • Online modifications can be made by paying a fee of ₹500 during the application period and within 10 days after the last date.
    • No modifications will be made in the applicant's name, only spelling-related modifications will be accepted through an offline application.
    • 45 days before the exam date, an online edit option will be opened for 10 days for any modification other than photo and name.

13. Selection Process:

    • Candidates will be selected through an interview.
    • If the number of applications is high, the Commission may conduct a screening examination.

14. Screening Examination:

    • The screening examination will be objective in nature.
    • The detailed syllabus of the examination will be released on the Commission's website.

15. Important Dates:

    • Online application period: 07-12-2021 to 26-12-2021 till 12:00 midnight.

16. Other Important Points:

    • Enter the correct mobile number and email ID in the application form.
    • Do not change the mobile number and correspondence address.
    • Fill the application form carefully and check all entries before submitting it finally.
    • Submit your online application within the time limit without waiting for the last date of application.
    • The Commission may take action against the candidate as per rules for providing wrong information.
    • Applicants of different categories should clearly mention their category.
    • The eligibility of the candidates will be checked by the Commission based on the information filled in the online application form.
    • Upon final selection, the detailed application form and self-attested photocopies of all necessary documents will have to be submitted to the Commission office.
    • If a candidate does not submit the detailed application form within the stipulated time period, their candidature will be cancelled.
    • A woman applying in the widow/divorced category will have to submit an affidavit of not remarrying.
    • It is necessary for the candidate to fulfill all the criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
    • It is necessary to follow the instructions given in the OMR sheet during the examination.
    • In case of any error in the question paper, the final answer key prepared by the subject experts of the Commission will be valid.
    • Action may be taken against the candidate for any misconduct or use of unfair means at the examination center.
    • The benefits payable to state employees are available only to the employees of the State of Rajasthan.
    • Verification of documents will be done after passing the examination.
    • The caste certificate should be issued by the competent authority.
    • The certificate of Other Backward Class/Most Backward Class should be issued on the basis of the income of the father/mother.
    • Married women applicants will have to submit the caste certificate on the basis of the name and residence of the father.
    • Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates will have to submit income and property certificate.
    • Educational qualification and experience must be obtained by the last date of application/exam date/interview date.
    • Ex-servicemen should retire after receiving pension or should retire in the next one year and should obtain a No Objection Certificate from the competent authority.
    • It is mandatory to submit the marriage registration certificate.
    • Candidates having more than two children after June 1, 2002 will not be eligible for appointment.
    • The character certificate should be obtained from the last educational institution, which should mention "good" in relation to character.
    • Police verification certificate and medical certificate will have to be submitted after selection.
    • Candidates already working in government service will have to submit a No Objection Certificate.
    • The application form will be cancelled for giving wrong/erroneous information in the application form.
