In the disability category, one disability from (i) and (ii) along with either (iii) or (iv)(a) is mandatory.
Reserved vacancies for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Backward Classes/Extremely Backward Classes will be carried forward for three recruitment years.
EWS (Economically Weaker Section) posts will be filled through the general process if suitable candidates are not found.
Reserved posts for widows/divorced/abandoned women can be exchanged among themselves and then filled by other women of the same category.
Reservation for Persons with Disabilities/Disabled Persons is horizontal.
Reservation for Ex-Servicemen is horizontal and will be filled through the general process in case of unavailability.
Vacancies for persons with disabilities will be carried forward to the next recruitment year and then reallocated to other categories.

8. Essential Educational Qualifications:
LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university or MSW (Master of Social Work).
Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture.
9. Important Information:
Candidates should ensure their eligibility before applying online.
False information may lead to a one-year ban from recruitment examinations.
Candidates appearing in the final year exams can also apply, but must prove eligibility before the examination.
10. Salary Scale:
Pay Matrix Level L-11 (Grade Pay - 4200/-)
Fixed monthly salary as per state government rules during probation period.
11. Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years and maximum below 40 years as on 01.01.2025.
For posts advertised in 2022, age calculation was based on 01.01.2023. Therefore, candidates above the age limit on 01.01.2025 will be given an additional one year relaxation.

13. Selection Process:
Selection will be through a written examination.
Scaling/Moderation/Normalization methods may be used if necessary.
Names will be recommended to the state government/appointing authority based on merit.
14. Exam Scheme:
The examination will be objective type (offline/online).
All questions will be objective type.

16. Application Process:
Apply online through the commission's website.
Perform One-Time Registration (OTR) through the SSO portal.
OTR requires information like name, father's name, date of birth, gender, secondary exam, and ID proof.
Existing OTR users should apply using their OTR number.
Upload photo, signature, and left thumb impression during application.
Avoid uploading blurry photos.
Choose an option for a scribe in the application.
Provide details of all educational qualifications and experience by the last date.
Obtain application number.
Contact helpdesk number or email for any issues.
The commission can take action for providing false information.
Reserved category candidates from outside Rajasthan should apply under the general category.
Take a printout of the application form.
Offline applications will not be accepted by the commission.
17. Online Application Modification:
Modifications can be made during the application period and within 10 days after the last date by paying a fee of ₹500.
Online edit option will be available for 7 days, 60 days before the exam date.
OTR-related changes to name, father's name, date of birth, and gender are not possible.
SMS and OTP will be sent after modification.
A fee of ₹500 is applicable for all modifications.
