Horizontal Reservation: Reservation for Persons with Disabilities/Divyangjans is horizontal.
Divyangjan Rights Act, 2018: If any vacancy is not filled in a recruitment year due to the unavailability of suitable benchmark disabled persons, it will be carried forward to the next recruitment year.

3. Educational Qualifications

Assistant Testing Officer:
- MSc in Geology or MSc in Chemistry
- 2 years of experience in soil/group testing, etc., in case of MSc in Geology or Chemistry.
Superintendent Garden:
- BSc (Agriculture) with Horticulture as a special subject and 2 years of experience in ornamental gardens.
- Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture.

Assistant Testing Officer: Pay Matrix Level L-14
Superintendent Garden: Pay Matrix Level L-12
Probation Period: Fixed monthly salary (Fix Pay) during the probation period as per the rules of the State Government.

Explanation: As per the circular of the Personnel (K-2) Department dated 22.8.2019, Ex-servicemen will be entitled to the benefit of whichever provision is more beneficial in both the rules.
Non-Cumulative Relaxation: Age relaxation provisions are non-cumulative.
Reserved Category: If a candidate from a reserved category (SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS) avails any other benefit (such as age limit, marks, physical fitness, etc.) in addition to the fee, he/she will not be considered against unreserved vacancies.
Superintendent Garden: As per the notification of the State Government dated 23.09.2008, candidates who are above the age limit as on 01.01.2022 will be granted an additional relaxation of three years in the above maximum age limit.
Retirement Age: The retirement age for government employees is 60 years as per the Rajasthan Service Rules.

8. Application Period

From 17.02.2021 to 16.03.2021 (12:00 AM).

9. Application Procedure

Study the instructions available on the Commission's website.
Click on the "Apply online" link available on the online portal.
Log in through the SSO portal and select "Recruitment Portal".
Perform "One Time Registration (OTR)" based on Aadhaar.
Fill the online application form and pay the examination fee.
Generate the application form number (Application ID).
Take a printout of the application form and examination fee receipt.
Contact the Helpdesk Number or E-Mail provided on the Recruitment Portal for any issues.
Apply online under the category to which you are eligible.
Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes/Extremely Backward Classes (OBC/MBC) Creamy Layer of Rajasthan State and reserved category candidates from other states are considered under the General Category.
No offline application form will be accepted in addition to the online application form submitted by the Commission.

10. Online Application Form Correction

Online corrections can be made during the application period and within 10 days after the last date by paying a fee of ₹300.
Name correction is not allowed.
Candidates belonging to the widow/deserted/disabled category can change their category until the date of the final result announcement.
10 days extra opportunity will be given for application form correction after the first stage examination.

11. Examination Fee

General Category, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Classes/Extremely Backward Classes (OBC/MBC) Creamy Layer candidates of Rajasthan: ₹350
Other Backward Classes/Extremely Backward Classes (OBC/MBC) Non-Creamy Layer candidates of Rajasthan: ₹250
Disabled, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe candidates of Rajasthan, and candidates with annual family income less than ₹2.50 lakh: ₹150
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates of TSP areas and Sahariya Scheduled Tribes of Baran district: ₹150
Reserved category candidates from other states will be treated as General Category candidates.
For all categories with annual income below ₹2.50 lakh, the application fee will be the same as for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates.

12. Important Points/Notes

Enter the correct mobile number and email ID in the online application.
Fill the application form carefully.
Apply without waiting for the last date.
The applicant will be solely responsible for any errors in the application.
Category change is not allowed.
Eligibility will be checked based on the information provided in the online application.
In case of temporary selection, the detailed application form must be submitted in duplicate.
Even if a woman applying under the widow/deserted category remarries, she will still be considered under the widow/deserted category.
The candidate must meet all the criteria related to the desired educational qualification and experience within the specified age limit.
The examination must be taken in accordance with the instructions printed on the OMR sheet (answer booklet).
In case of errors in the question paper, the final answer key prepared by the Commission's subject experts will be considered valid.
Action will be taken against candidates found using unfair means during the examination.
Benefits payable to state employees are only applicable to employees of Rajasthan State.

14. Special Instructions Regarding Incorrect/Erroneous/Incomplete Application Forms

No request for consideration will be entertained in case of any mistake/error/omission/incomplete information in the application form.
