1. परीक्षा का आयोजन ऑफलाइन होगा ।
2. परीक्षा पेपर का प्रकार बहुविकल्पीय टाईप होगा ।
3. सभी प्रश्नों के अंक समान होगें ।
4. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक 4 होगें ।
5. गलत जवाब के लिए प्रति प्रश्न नकारात्मक 01 अंक (1/4) काटा जायेगा ।

1. Basic Concepts: Health, community health practices, health problems and policies, health organizations, referral systems, health teams, rural and urban communities, community needs assessment, communication methods, counseling, and community-based rehabilitation.
2. Nutrition: Essential nutrition, nutritional problems, nutritional assessment, and promotion of nutrition.
3. Human Body Systems: Structure and functions of the digestive, respiratory, genitourinary, cardiovascular, nervous, muscular, endocrine systems, and special sensory organs. Body hygiene and optimal functioning.
4. Environmental Sanitation: Sources of safe water, water purification methods, disinfection of wells, tube wells, tanks, and ponds, waterborne diseases and prevention, excreta and waste disposal.
5. Mental Health: Basic concepts, defense mechanisms, maladjustment, mental illness, aging process, needs and problems of the elderly.
6. Disease and Infection: Concepts of disease, infection, immunity, body defense mechanisms, immunization, specimen collection, disinfection, sterilization, and waste disposal.
7. Communicable Diseases: Common communicable diseases, epidemiological concepts (incidence, prevalence, mortality, morbidity), levels of prevention, control and prevention of communicable diseases, epidemic management.
8. Health Assessment and Management: Identifying health problems, managing patients with body system disorders and diseases, care for individuals with disabilities.
9. Systems of Medicine: Allopathic and AYUSH systems, drug classification, administration, standing orders, drugs used for minor ailments, common emergency drugs.
10. First Aid and Emergency Care: Minor injuries and ailments, need for first aid, managing fractures, life-threatening conditions (bleeding, drowning, strangulation).
11. Child Health: Growth and development in infants and children, childcare, common accidents, precautions and prevention, congenital anomalies, health problems, children's rights, care for sick children, school children, and adolescents.
12. Maternal Health: Human reproductive system, menstrual cycle, conception, types of pelvis, fetal skull, fetal growth and development, structure and function of the placenta, normal and abnormal pregnancies, physiological changes during pregnancy, minor ailments during pregnancy and their management, antenatal care, normal labor, care during labor, normal puerperium, newborn care, high-risk newborns, high-risk pregnancies, abortion, abnormal childbirth, abnormal puerperium, surgical intervention during labor, medications used in midwifery, RTIs and STIs, infertility, family welfare.
13. Sub-Centre Management: Organization and functions of a sub-center, maintenance of supplies (drugs, equipment), storage, inventory management, Management Information and Evaluation Systems (MIES), implementation of the National Health Programme, continuing education.
