Total time for the exam is 5 hours.
Note- The Question paper may comprise different parts containing very short, short, Essay type question.
The minimum qualifying marks for each paper shall be 40%: Provided that the percentage fixed as above shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

The standard of the paper-II will be that of Senior Secondary level.
It shall be compulsory to appear in each and every paper of written test.
Law paper is designed to test practical knowledge of the candidates in criminal law and procedure and framing charges in criminal cases.
