1. Recruitment Details:

2. Categorization of Posts:

3. Carry Forward Vacancies:

   • If eligible and suitable candidates are not available for the posts reserved for these categories, the posts will be filled according to the general procedure as per rules.

5. Widows and Divorced Women:

   • If a sufficient number of widows and divorced women are not available, the vacancies will be filled by other women of the same category.
   • If female candidates are not available, the posts will be filled by male candidates of the same category.
   • Vacancies reserved for women will not be carried forward to the next year.

   • If a vacancy cannot be filled in any recruitment year due to the unavailability of a suitable benchmark disabled person, such a vacancy will be forwarded to the next recruitment year.
   • If a suitable benchmark disabled person is not available in the next recruitment year as well, it will first be filled by inter-conversion among different categories of disabilities.
   • If no disabled person is available, the employer may fill the vacancy with a person other than a disabled person.

9. Benefit of Reservation:

   • The benefit of reserved posts for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Economically Weaker Section, and Ex-Servicemen will only be given to the original residents of the state of Rajasthan.
   • Applicants from other states will have to apply under the General category.

11. Educational Qualifications:

    • Postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics (with Statistics), Commerce (with Statistics) in Second Division or M.Sc. degree in Agricultural Statistics in Second Division.
    • Must have a university established by law in India or an equivalent foreign qualification recognized by the government.
    • Certificate of RSCIT course conducted by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited or any other certificate declared equivalent by the Department of Information Technology and Communication, Government of Rajasthan.

12. Experience:

    • At least one year of experience in handling official statistics in a government department or a reputed commercial organization or university.
    • Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe candidates with a postgraduate degree in First Division or a doctorate degree, having completed two years of training in statistics from a recognized statistical institute or university, or having passed a one-year diploma course with statistics and economics, are not required to have experience.

    • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

    • Pay Matrix Level L-12 (Grade Pay - 4800/-).
    • Fixed monthly salary will be payable during the probation period as per the rules of the State Government.

16. Age Limit:

    • Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as of January 1, 2022.

    • 5 years relaxation for men belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, and Economically Weaker Section of the state of Rajasthan.
    • 10 years relaxation for women belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, and Economically Weaker Section of Rajasthan.

    • The provisions for age relaxation are non-cumulative, i.e., candidates will be given the benefit of relaxation in the maximum age limit, and the benefit of relaxation will not be given by adding more than one provision.

    • If a candidate from a reserved category takes any concession other than the fee, they will not be considered for general vacancies.
    • Candidates who are overage as of January 1, 2022, will be given an additional relaxation of three years in the maximum age limit as per the notification of the Personnel Department dated 23-09-2008.
    • The retirement age for government employees is fixed at 60 years.
