6. Educational Qualification:

   • Degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law in India or a recognized equivalent qualification in Indian Medicine.
   • Postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject/specialization included in the schedule of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970.
   • If a postgraduate candidate is not available in a particular subject, candidates with the following qualifications will be considered eligible for the Lecturer post:
     • Swasthavritta (Preventive & Social Medicine): Kayachikitsa
     • Agadtantra (Toxicology): Dravyaguna/Rasashastra
     • Rog Vigyan (Pathology): Kayachikitsa
     • Rachna Sharir (Anatomy): Shalya (Surgery)
     • Kriya Sharir (Physiology): Samhita Siddhanta
     • Shalakya (ENT): Shalya (Surgery)
     • Panchkarma: Kayachikitsa
     • Balaroga (Pediatrics): Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga/Kayachikitsa
     • Kayachikitsa (Internal Medicine): Psychiatry
     • Shalya (Surgery): Anesthesia and X-Ray
   • Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
   • Candidates appearing in the final year examination can also apply, but they must provide proof of obtaining the educational qualification before the interview.
   • Proof of passing the Ayurveda Vachaspati Second Part examination must be provided before the interview.

7. Age Limit:

   • Minimum Age: 20 years
   • Maximum Age: 45 years (as on 01-01-2022)

8. Age Relaxation:

   • For male candidates of SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories of Rajasthan State: 5 years
   • For female candidates of the General category: 5 years
   • For female candidates of SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories of Rajasthan State: 10 years
   • For widows and divorced women: No upper age limit
   • For ex-servicemen of the reserved category, the upper age limit is 50 years. If experience in a lower post is necessary, the maximum age limit will be 55 years.
   • In the case of cadet instructors, a relaxation equal to the period of service rendered in NCC will be given, if the resulting age does not exceed the maximum age limit by more than three years.
   • Other relaxation provisions are non-cumulative, i.e., benefit of only one provision will be given.
   • For posts advertised in 1997-98, candidates who are overage as on 01-01-2022 will be given an additional relaxation of three years in the maximum age limit.

9. Salary:

   • Pay Matrix Level L-14
   • Fixed monthly salary (fixed pay) will be payable during the probation period as per the rules of the State Government.

10. Application Process:

    • Online Application
    • Fill the online application form available on the commission's website.
    • Applications can also be submitted through the SSO portal.
    • Last date for application: 04-08-2021, 12:00 midnight.

11. Examination Fee:

    • For General Category and Creamy Layer OBC/MBC applicants of Rajasthan: ₹350
    • For Non-Creamy Layer OBC/MBC and EWS applicants of Rajasthan: ₹250
    • For Persons with Disabilities, SC/ST applicants of Rajasthan, and those whose family income is less than 2.50 lakhs: ₹150
    • For SC/ST applicants of TSP area and Sahariya tribe of Baran district: ₹150
    • SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS applicants from other states will come under the General category and will have to pay the General category fee.

12. Selection Process:

    • Screening Examination

    • 40% weightage of marks obtained in the screening examination.
    • 40% weightage of academic marks.
    • 20% weightage of the interview.
    • The screening examination can be online/offline.
    • The examination will be of objective type.

13. Other Important Points:

    • Enter the correct mobile number and email ID in the online application.
    • Fill the application form carefully and check all entries before final submission.
    • Apply online within the time limit without waiting for the last date.
    • The commission can take action for providing wrong information.
    • A time of 10 days will be given after the last date of application for modification in the application form, for which a fee of ₹300 will have to be paid.
    • Widow/Divorced/Disabled category candidates can change the category before the final result declaration.
    • An additional opportunity of 10 days will be given for modification after the first stage examination.
    • Candidates of various categories will have to submit the required certificates.
    • Married women will have to give a caste certificate based on their father's name and place of residence.
    • There is a provision for reservation for ex-servicemen.
    • Government employees will get the benefit of age relaxation and reservation only to the employees of the Rajasthan state.
    • Candidates will not be eligible for appointment if they have more than two children after 01-06-2002, but some exemptions have been given under certain circumstances.
    • A woman of the widow/divorced category will have to give an affidavit of not remarrying.
    • A police verification certificate regarding conduct will have to be submitted after selection.
    • A medical examination certificate will have to be submitted after selection.
    • Candidates working in government service will have to submit a No Objection Certificate.
    • The application will be rejected if wrong or erroneous information is provided in the application.
