2. UNIT-II: Law of Crimes :
   1. Crimes: Mens Rea, Actus Reus, Preparation and Attempts, Abetment, General Explanations, General Exceptions, Joint and Constructive Liability, Offences against Public Tranquility, Offences against Human Body, Offences against Women, Offences against Property.
3. UNIT- III : Law of Contract and Transfer of Property :
   1. Contract: General Principles of Law of Contract (Sections 1 to 75 of Indian Contract Act, 1872)
   2. Transfer of Property: General Principles of Transfer of Property (Sections 1 to 53 A of The Transfer of Property Act, 1882)
   3. Sale, Mortgage, Lease, Exchange and Gifts.
4. UNIT-IV : Family Law :
   1. Hindu Law: Relating to Marriage, Divorce, Adoption, Maintenance, Guardianship, Hindu Joint Family, Coparcenary and Succession.
   2. Muslim Law: Relating to Marriage, Dower, Divorce, Hiba, Pre-Emption, Will and Wakf.
5. UNIT-V : Research Methodology:
   1. Research Methods, Formulation of Research Problem, Hypothesis, Data Collection and Report Writing.
