• This advertisement invites online applications for the vacant posts of Stenographer/Personal Assistant Grade-II by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur.

• This recruitment will be conducted under the Rajasthan Secretariat Ministerial Service Rules, 1970, Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Service Rules, 1999, and Rajasthan Scheduled Area Subordinate Ministerial and Class IV Service (Recruitment and Other Service Conditions) Rules, 2014.

  • Stenographer (Government Secretariat): 194 posts
  • Personal Assistant Grade-II (Subordinate Departments/Offices of the State): 280 posts

• Important Dates:

  • Period for online application and payment of registration fee: From 29.02.2024 to 29.03.2024 (up to 23:59 hours)

• Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age: 40 years
  • Age relaxation is applicable for various categories.

Educational Qualifications:

• The candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (12th class) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

• Computer Knowledge: It is mandatory to possess one of the following certificates/degrees:

  • 'O' level or higher certificate course conducted by DOEACC.
  • Certificate course on computer concepts conducted by NIELIT, New Delhi.
  • Certificate of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) conducted under the National/State Council or Vocational Training Scheme.
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Computer Applications from a university established by law in India or an institution recognized by the government.
  • Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized board with Computer Science/Computer Applications as a subject.
  • Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from a recognized polytechnic institute.
  • Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
  • Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government.

• Knowledge of Hindi Language: The candidate must have a working knowledge of Hindi written in the Devanagari script.

• Knowledge of Rajasthan's Culture: The candidate must have general knowledge of Rajasthan's culture.

Important:

• If a candidate is in the final year of obtaining the educational qualification, they are also eligible to apply. However, they must present proof of their qualification before the main examination/interview.

• The candidate must obtain all necessary certificates of educational qualifications before the date of the Phase-II examination.

• Selection Process:

  • Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Phase I and Phase II.

• Important Information:
