Clerk Grade-II / Junior Assistant Combined Direct Recruitment - 2024: A Brief Overview
1. Recruitment Process:
This recruitment is being conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur.
Only candidates who appeared in the Eligibility Exam (Senior Secondary Level) - 2022 are eligible to apply.
Selection will be based on a written examination (Phase I and II), with Phase II including a computer typing test (exemption for differently-abled candidates).
2. Important Dates:
Online application period: 20.02.2024 to 20.03.2024 (until 11:59 PM)
Reservation of vacancies will be as per the rules of the Rajasthan Government for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections, Women, Widows, Divorcees, Ex-servicemen, Outstanding Sportspersons, and Persons with Disabilities.
Only local residents of the Scheduled Areas of Rajasthan are eligible to apply for posts reserved for these areas.
5. Pay Scale:
Pay Matrix Level - 05 as per the Seventh Pay Commission.
6. Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Senior Secondary or equivalent from a recognized board.
DOEACC 'O' Level or equivalent computer course.
Knowledge of working in Hindi in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan's culture.
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025):
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 40 years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
Nationality: Indian citizen or a person with specific conditions from Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees, or persons of Indian origin.
